Seeking an Executive Officer to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Role Responsibilities
- Lead, participate in, or otherwise contribute to business improvement projects, including conducting research, analysing data, and coordinating project activities.
- Provide executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief People Officer.
- Assist in the preparation of Board Reports and other executive reports, and attend Board and Committee meetings, serving as Minute taker.
- Take responsibility for monitoring and managing the CDPSL Secretariat email account.
- Offer administrative support and coordinate reporting needs, regulatory submissions, and projects.
- Assist in preparing and organising Risk and Compliance reporting, including maintaining Risk Registers.
- Oversee business performance reporting and dashboards across the organization.
- Monitor and manage administrative activities aligned with strategic, operational, and project plans
- Must have valid Australian working rights.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Product suite is required.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
- High-level oral and written communication skills, including expertise in report/submission writing and other documentation for compliance
- Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
