Wimmera Lutheran College is a multi-campus co-educational Lutheran College offering education from Prep to Year 12 in the vibrant Wimmera area of north western Victoria. Wimmera Lutheran College will be the newest school in our region, as a result of the amalgamation of three existing schools in Horsham, Dimboola and Nhill.
Reporting to the College Board, the Executive Principal has delegated responsibility for the spiritual, educational, operational and financial leadership within the College across the three campuses. The Executive Principal will work closely with the newly created Board and appointed Business Manager, leading a dedicated Executive Team to deliver the vision and mission of the College.
The successful candidate will be a committed Lutheran and highly experienced educational professional with the pedagogical credibility and passion to inspire Wimmera Lutheran College’s dedicated staff and lead a dynamic vision for teaching and learning.
The Executive Principal will embrace a collaborative and empowering leadership style, drawing together the exceptional strengths and characteristics of the existing schools to maximise opportunities for students.
Critical to the role is the delivery of a new strategic plan that will guide the College through its initial chapter of growth and embrace the rich tradition of Lutheran spirituality.

The successful applicant must:
- Be an active member of the Lutheran Church;
- Be accredited to lead a Lutheran School as outlined by Lutheran Education Australia policy, or be prepared to acquire gain the required accreditation; and
- Have proven senior experience in teaching, educational leadership and administration.
