AddressThe Executive Assistant to the Principal offers comprehensive professional and personal support to facilitate the Principal's effective execution of duties.
This position encompasses administrative and secretarial assistance, coordination of designated committees and work groups, management of correspondence and scheduling, preparation and briefing for meetings and events, and liaison with all stakeholders within the school community and external entities.
The successful candidate will possess a welcoming and approachable manner, strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities. Flexibility, executive-level minute taking, document preparation experience and strong initiative is essential. EA experience within a school or other complex organizations will be highly regarded, together with an ability to multi-task and manage workflow for multiple stakeholders.
