About the Role
At Uplus Real Estate, our team is currently looking for a self-driven, experienced and organised Executive Sales Agent/Partner to join into our Dickson office. The position of Sales Agent/Partner, who can successfully convert clients, establish sales frameworks and systems, and train and lead teams to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting, listing, and making sales
- Committed, driven and self-motivated to achieve and exceed your own goals and targets
- Setting sales targets/budgets
- Ability to think fast and problem solving
- Goal motivated. Hitting key milestones and business development goals.
- Developing sales strategies and marketing plans, and overseeing advertising placement and budget
- Conducting market appraisals
- Review sales activities and make necessary adjustments and improvements
- Availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays - this is a non-negotiable for the position
- Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Adhoc duties
To be successful, you should have:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience with proven closing ability
- Experience with CRM system
- Auctioneer license preferred,but not necessary
- Excellent Customer services skills- we always aim to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Real Estate Licence
- Driver's License
