The Role:

• Prospecting for sales leads
• Database entry and management
• Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers
• Liaising with vendors, buyers and contractors
• Conducting open homes and private Buyer inspections
• Attending Appraisals and Listing Appointments
• Client care & buyer follow up
• Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers etc.
• Negotiate sales
• Prepare marketing material, ad and editorial writing
• Marketing monitoring
• Holding and attending Auctions

Skills & Experience:

• ACT full Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• A proven track record and results as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Associate
• Ability to work autonomously, self motivate and manage your own diary
