About the Role
The position is the only administrative support in this unit and is expected to operate autonomously and effectively in providing administrative support to the teaching team. The role works closely with the ekindy Director and Head of Departments to ensure the operations of the unit are effective and efficient. Some of the specific duties of this position are:
- Arrange flight and accommodation for teachers when travelling to ekindy PODS
- Manage the e kindy budget of approximately $2.4 million
- Manage the HR practices of the team including leave recordings and wage claims
- Lead the enrolment process including the despatching of all materials
- Marketing of the ekindy team including the production of flyers and posters
- Manage the ekindy website
- Manage the day to day operations of the unit including answering general correspondence, phone calls and assisting teaching staff when required
- Fleet maangement
Effective communication skills are required.
