Our client is a leading diversified Property Group with a proven and strong history in the industry. With a reputation built on integrity, strong financial position and calculated business growth strategy, we are looking for a Office & Marketing Administrator to join their team.
The Role
- Marketing & social media skills (professional skills and not someone who just knows how to post)
- Marketing design skills for brochures, window display, newsletters etc
- Preferable experience with CRM database for marketing
- Other miscellaneous general office duties and support to sales / property management staff
- Front desk position for answering calls & greeting clients
- EA duties to the Director and Sales Associate
- Various adhoc tasks.
- Marketing or strong administration experience, including production of marketing materials
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
