Address The role:
Act as the primary point of contact for the Statewide Manager, Family Violence Counselling and Support Service, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and providing professional client services, including liaison with senior Government staff, industry and the general public on behalf of the Statewide Manager Family Violence Counselling and Support Service.
Provide high-level executive and administrative support including managing the flow of information and referral of matters for comment or further action to the appropriate Unit, managing the workflow, delegation and prioritisation of incoming and outgoing correspondence to the Statewide Manager Family Violence Counselling and Support Service and preparing correspondence
Coordinate, collate and report on correspondence for Statewide Family Violence Counselling and Support Service including liaison with all senior Allied Health Staff and the Office of the Executive Director – Allied Health.
Provide complex diary and work schedule management, including the preparation of briefing papers and background material, organisation of conferences and travel and coordination of meetings, seminars and workshops for the Unit.
Provide secretariat support to the Statewide Manager, Family Violence Counselling and Support Service at meetings including preparation and dissemination of agenda and minutes.

Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing on 3 June 2024
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Location: North West, Tasmania
Salary: $79,529 to $91,517 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
