Pro Active Health is a nationwide allied health business providing evidence-based exercise, physical rehabilitation and chronic disease management in both clinical and gym-based settings. Currently, our amazing and growing health team comprises of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Dietitians, State and Area Managers and administration staff, Australia wide. Practitioners deliver a wide scope of practice ranging from individual and group rehabilitation, NDIS, Work Cover clients, Medicare chronic disease management, rehabilitation of defence force veterans (DVA) and strength and conditioning for healthy populations.
The Role:
We are looking for health professionals who are truly caring and ready to service members of our community. We are looking for health professionals who take great initiative, are honest, thorough in their clinical approach, comfortable working with a diverse caseload. We have a large client base currently being serviced via telehealth and are looking for someone with the ability to run our clinic in the area. No ABN is required for this role. You can run a clinic while still earning a salary and earn profit share, this ensures there is no risk for you! Have the flexibility to work the hours you choose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients and other health professionals
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Assessing & ongoing monitoring of clients
- Communicating & reporting to other health and medical professionals
- Health education and promotion for patients
- Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills with the ability to learn scheduling and software programs.
- Promotional work to increase awareness of the clinic
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology
- ESSA Accreditation & insurances
- CPR & Current First Aid certificates
- Police Check
- Working with Children/Blue Card
