Gold Coast Super Clinic Physiotherapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team at our well established practices at Hope Island and Oxenford. Your role will be diverse, facilitating clinical exercise prescriptions for a broad client base including orthopaedics, general musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, NDIS clients, chronic disease management, and women's/men's health, among others.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload – Medicare EPC, Work Cover, NDIS, DVA, Insurance, Corporate screening, Private Clients and Exercise Groups.
- Forge relationships with local referrers including GPs, personal trainers, sporting teams, and specialists.
- Conduct consultations with clients, including assessment, diagnosis and the development and implement of personalised treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Running of Functional Exercise groups and Rehabilitation gym
- Corporate health screenings

The successful applicant must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology
- Current registration with ESSA
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be self-motivated, hardworking, organised and committed to improving their own knowledge and clinical skills
- The ability to demonstrate the application of sound clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills enabling you to motivate clients to achieve their treatment goals
- Be able to manage and build a loyal client caseload while nurturing existing professional relationships within the practice.
- A positive, friendly personality which contributes to our supportive team culture and be able to work in a team environment
- A keen interest in health and willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
Remuneration:
A competitive base salary, commission structure and annual professional development contribution are on offer for the right candidate. Hours are flexible, however working some Saturdays and some evenings may be required for this position.
