This unique opportunity will join the Community Rehabilitation team at our Pakenham and Cranbourne sites and will give you the opportunity to participate in your clients care in their home and/or community in this privileged role. You will have the support you need to flourish in your career.Community Rehabilitation offers both home and centre based therapy. The Exercise Physiologist works closely with the interdisciplinary community rehabilitation team to provide a therapy program that is both holistic and client centred.
