Role Description
Work with a diverse clientele with varied conditions ranging from chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation to successful ageing.
Managing and building a case load including Wellness “ExSocio” and technology - based group sessions.
Treating clients with an emphasis on prevention and longevity for long-term health outcomes.
Assessing, providing, and evaluating clinical care, in collaboration with clients, and the multidisciplinary team, to achieve identified goals.
Understanding and interpreting objective measures to guide clinical decisions and educate client for future success.
Reaching KPIs, managing clinical notes, client follow ups and reporting.
Liaising with other allied health professionals, local schools, sporting clubs and corporate organisations to engage and instigate conversation.
Understand the MIND philosophy and use the foundations and pillars set out to provide excellence with an empathetic approach.
