Our Studio is spacious and beautifully laid out, with high ceilings and open windows with lots of natural light. We have 4 Pilates spaces, 10 treatment rooms and a large gym area. The Body Refinery has a strong network of medical referrers but prides itself on the word-of-mouth referrals we receive from the local community.
We have an exceptional administration team to assist you in ensuring a high level of client care, including a Practice Manager, Clinical Team Leader, Marketing Manager and Operations Manager, along with the Director who is a Physiotherapist. So you will be well supported.

We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our existing EP team of two EPs. The vibrant new addition to our team would ideally possess an interest in women's health, and strength + conditioning. The opportunity for full-time work is available to EPs who also have Pilates training in either Reformer-based Pilates or Comprehensive training on all Pilates apparatus.
No two days are the same for our Exercise Physiologists, between fitness classes, gym-based rehab, and teaching Pilates, we are looking for someone to match our vivacious team members and clients! Along with a great sense of humour, we are looking for an EP with refined clinical skills to work with private paying clients, as well as under NDIS, Medicare, and DVA schemes.
The right candidate will have professional clinical abilities, great people skills, and be an excellent communicator. We are a high-achieving team, focussed on optimal client outcomes, continuous up-skilling through professional development, and regular in-services. The role may be appropriate for a new grad, if they have Pilates experience.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to start work as early as 5.45 am and finish as late as 7:00 pm (though not on the same day). While you will never have a shift that runs from 5:45 am - 7:00 pm (unless requested by you) or a split shift (unless requested by you) we have a roster where shifts either start at 5:45 am or end at 7:00 pm. This ensures our EPs are available at times when we have peak demand from clients.
You will be supported by our Clinical Manager and our Practice Manager, along with our experienced and friendly team.
