Access theAs the Principal Early Engagement Lead some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the investigation and coordination of activities required to better understand a customer's requirements and determine the ideal process a customer should use to work with the branch.
- Lead the engagement and coordination of collaboration by representatives from multiple Information Technology branch teams to work together to define business requirements
- Provide regular updates to customers and key stakeholders on the progress of customer requests.
- Build and maintain strong, positive and constructive relationships with ITB teams and customers as an advocate for positive outcomes for customer requests.
- Identify and manage risks relating to specific customer requirements, including the raising of risks to the Manager for assistance where appropriate.
