Requirements:
- Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, fully registered with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Experience: Proven experience in exercise physiology, particularly with a focus on pre-employment assessment, disability support and NDIS services.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Approach: A person-centered mindset, with a commitment to creating accessible, empowering environments for individuals with disabilities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive care strategies.
