Connect Exercise Physiology is looking for their next Exercise Physiologist.
We are an exercise physiology business operating across gym based and clinic based consultations in Woombye, Sunshine Coast.
We strive to provide a comfortable environment and outcome driven health service that puts clients in control of their health and fitness goals to be active and enjoy life. Connect exercise physiology provides exercise management for people living with mental health and psychosocial conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic disease management with a focus on health and wellness strategies.
New Team members will:
Complete our onboarding program to ensure you feel ready and able to deliver a fantastic service to clients.
Work with diverse client caseloads in the clinic and the community, including Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, Insurance, Private & NDIS funded participants.
Work alongside Exercise Physiologists, physiotherapists and personal trainers across our two sites in Woombye.
Be involved in the development of new services for our community.
Grow and develop as a clinician with ongoing support.
The successful applicant will require:
Exercise Physiology accreditation through Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
Current First Aid & CPR
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of exercise prescription for all different types of rehabilitative conditions and chronic disease management
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Evidence based practice and passion for learning and progression
A desire to help people and deliver a holistic treatment to clients.
