At Quest Events, we create B2B conferences across a wide range of industry sectors. Our flagship event is Australian Energy Week, a major energy industry sector conference and exhibition. As we prepare for our upcoming Australian Energy Week we are looking for a passionate event manager to help manage our exhibitors and exhibition.
Role Overview:
The Exhibitor Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitor participation in our event. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, sponsors, and our internal team to ensure a seamless and successful event experience for all exhibitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with exhibitors and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics for exhibitor participation, including assistance in the lead up to the event, setup, and teardown
- Ensure all exhibitor needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote exhibitor participation
- Handle exhibitor inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, and ability to travel to Melbourne from 10 – 13June for the conference
