Job description

At Quest Events, we create B2B conferences across a wide range of industry sectors. Our flagship event is Australian Energy Week, a major energy industry sector conference and exhibition. As we prepare for our upcoming Australian Energy Week we are looking for a passionate event manager to help manage our exhibitors and exhibition.

Role Overview:

The Exhibitor Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitor participation in our event. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, sponsors, and our internal team to ensure a seamless and successful event experience for all exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with exhibitors and suppliers
  • Coordinate logistics for exhibitor participation, including assistance in the lead up to the event, setup, and teardown
  • Ensure all exhibitor needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote exhibitor participation
  • Handle exhibitor inquiries and resolve any issues that arise

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, and ability to travel to Melbourne from 10 – 13June for the conference
