Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist 3 days per week, total 15-24 hours. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and medical office tasks. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, and importantly a smiling and friendly natured person.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus, but not essential
- Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus, but not essential
