The Experience Designer is responsible for the design, validation, and execution of customer experiences, working across Crown Resorts. This role will be required to work with key stakeholders across the business to develop a deep understanding of Crown customers, validated by data, analytics, and insight.
The Customer Experience team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Responsible for the design, validation, and execution of customer experiences, working across multiple premium locations across Australia.
- Help develop new tool kits to help all aspects of the strategy build process - insight generation, innovation workshop processes, strategy planning tools, etc.
- Creation of single-minded, compelling customer insights to drive strategic development and Clear articulation of the target market opportunity.
You'll bring the following:
- Proven history in Customer strategy, customer experience, and marketing, managing significant customer bases with a record of growth and financial returns to the business
- Extensive experience and comprehensive understanding and application of the fundamentals of database marketing. As well as Experience in strategy development and business planning.
- Background in advertising and/or customer innovation preferred.
- Strong computer skills with a sound knowledge of business databases and reporting tools and MS Office suite of products.
