EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS COLLECTOR

We are seeking a talented and experienced TelephoneACCOUNTS COLLECTOR to join our amazing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collecting accounts over the telephone, have an exceptional phone manner, confident  with strong negotiating skills.

The ideal candidate has to have the ability to control the client, not allow the client to control you.  

Responsibilities:

. Contacting our existing and new customers to collect their deposit for their current order they have approved in a professional and efficient manner.

. Negotiating payment plans if need be

. important to maintain accounts and up-to-date records of all collections activities

Requirements

. Experience in building an instant rapport with the customer

. You must have clear and well spoken communication skills 

 . Minimum of 5 years experience in collections in an advertising, printing or similar industry 

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities, have initiative and be able to talk the talk with customer. 

To be able to have a chat with the customer and be able to upsell if need be

. Experience in using MS Office and ability to email accounts if required

. Ability to work independently and as part of our team
