We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of our residential projects.
Position Overview: As a Project Manager at DIMPAT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts in a proactive manner.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and close-out meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage change orders and variations to project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Procore or Premier
