About this opportunity
This newly created role will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic recruitment practices to support Wellways in attracting, recruiting and retaining quality, values aligned talent.
As our new Manager Talent, your role will be to enable and support a team of Talent Specialists in the delivery of a customer focused recruitment and service aligned to business needs, delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
You will have extensive experience in leading and coaching both people leaders and Talent Specialists through the recruitment life cycle and support them in ensuring best practices are followed whilst attracting and hiring new team members and develop supporting strategies including but not limited to; tender planning, assessment centres, job fairs, social media/other activities, continuous improvement and innovation of attraction.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualified in HR related discipline and/or significant and substantial experience in recruitment a relevant similar industry
- Right to Work within Australia
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check, Working with Children Check (relevant to the state you live in), NDIS Worker Screening Check and Personal History Screening Check (Licensed Care Services) outcomes
- HRIS System experience (Workday advantageous)
- Experience working in NFP / NGO sector (advantageous)
