ROLE PURPOSE
The objective of this position is to deliver administrative assistance, empowering Meta Electrical to proactively handle both onsite and office responsibilities. This role constitutes a permanent, full-time commitment located at our Canberra office.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Provide assistance to our field team
- Organise and manage appointments, oversee inboxes, and handle general administration tasks
- Quote & over see customer contracts with the highest level of attention to detial
- Communicate with providers and customers via phone for clarification and follow-up regarding information related to site plans and bookings
- Identify, categorise, and re-index a substantial volume of incoming documentation
- Execute all assigned activities accurately and in accordance with prescribed standard procedures within specified time frames
- Develop electrical site plans
- Conduct onsite meetings with customers

- Proficient computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Data Entry
