• security (physical, personnel, operational, information security and assurance)
• procurement and contract management
• finance, accounting, and budget management
• human resources (operational and strategic)
• property and facilities management
• Information Communications and Technology (ICT)
• system administration and data analysis
• governance and enterprise risk
• auditing, compliance, and work health and safety
• cabinet, ministerial, and parliamentary support services
• crisis management and contingency planning
• client services, including consular and passport operations
• media and communications
• digital publishing and multimedia
