We are an Allied Health practice based at Redcliffe, and we are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Receptionist to complete our team. We’re on a mission to consolidate and change the face of health care and wellness in Redcliffe and beyond, through collaboration and partnership.

What we need from you:
- Track record – You’re a proven office and admin champion / accounts and operations of an office.
- Detailed Orientation – you thrive on details and making sure everything is completed on time and done to key operational requirements
- Strong time managements skills – You strive to work to time and get everything done before pulling up stumps :)
- Communication – You're and excellent written and verbal communicator
- Customer Excellence – You see everything we do from the ‘customer first’ perspective
- Happy to Jump In Approach - You will be a vital link the Reception Team and willing to jump in to help when required
- A 100% mentality – You give everything you’ve got to everything you do
- Professionalism - you understand confidentiality, importance of maintain a professional approach
- Willingness to learn and work
- Wanting stability - We are not in this for the short term

We need an experienced, motivated and dynamic individual who can handle the Reception role with ease. You can grow to work independently and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
