An exciting opportunity is now available for a Automotive Sales Consultants to join the team at Bayford Ford Epping.
This is an opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry and join an Experienced and supportive team who have a passion for selling cars and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting prospective customers with used vehicle enquiries.
- Achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention.
- Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
- Managing customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Meeting various targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining the Vehicle Showroom Presentation, personal workstation and personal appearance.
What we are searching for:
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale.
- Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.
- Provisional or higher drivers licence essential.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- The ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.
This role offers:
- Competitive salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses (Base Salary + Commissions OTE $100,000+ once fully trained)
