Bourke Street Green is an outdoor gin and beer garden in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD - Think cocktails showcasing local ingredients, epic Australian craft beers and a contemporary year-round space.
We are currently on the search for experienced and passionate Bar Attendants who are ready for an exciting new challenge where they are encouraged to bring their creativity and bubbly personality to each shift.
A day in the life
As a Bartender you will be working collaboratively with your team and report to your Supervisor & Bars Manager. You'll be on your feet utilising your amazing customer service and cocktail skills to provide our members with the best experience possible. You'll be motivated and hardworking with a “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in this role.
Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with making and mixing drinks including - wines, spirits, beers and cocktails, provide great customer service and making sure that your area is clean and hygienic.
This is a casual position with a competitive causal rate + weekend and evening penalties.
We’re looking for…
- A passion for the beverage industry with knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine an advantage but not required
- A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service
- Team player and work well under pressure
- Victorian RSA preferred but not essential
