We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic bartender to join our well established team, someone who loves people, food, wine, Tassie and is keen to learn and continue to grow and evolve with our crew. Stillwater Restaurant (established in 2000) is an award winning, hatted restaurant, located in the heart of the Tamar Valley in Launceston, Tasmania. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional, engaged and humble service, showcasing the best and freshest local produce. Our wine list is carefully curated and award winning in itself, with a team of professional Sommelier’s (WSET qualified team) to help guide and educate guests and the team.

We’re looking for a team member with these characteristics:
- Bartender role: Experience with cocktails and basic bar service (minimum 2 years preferable)
- Have basic wine, spirit and beer knowledge
- Have a genuine passion for people and food
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Enjoys working in a team
- Has a thirst for knowledge
- A great attitude
Shift Details:
- MUST be available Friday and Saturday nights
- Up to 5 shifts available
- Preferably available from 4pm
- Can work through until late (between the hours of 10:30-11:30pm usual finish time)
