We are Luma Woodfired Pizza. Located in Cambridge, we serve woodfired pizza, pasta, small plates, craft beer, wine, and boutique spirits. We are open 5 days a week for lunch and dinner service.
Bartender & Restaurant Supervisor
In this role, you will bouncing from bar to the dining room and back again! We are looking for an experienced front-of-house person with strong bar skills to take reservations, greet our guests, and run the dining room.
The role will involve day to day operations of the restaurant as well as a level of responsibility in motivating and training. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be expected to learn the ins and outs of the venue, being able to work autonomously when needed and also as part of a team.
Skills/qualities required:
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional grooming standard
- Experience with working with a restaurant POS system & reservations system
- Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- Patient, polite, responsible, and respectful in the way you deal with all your guests and colleagues
- RSA certificate
