Experienced Chefs

We are currently seeking Experienced Chefs with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in professional kitchens, specifically focusing on dough production and pizza making. The ideal candidates will be passionate about creating high-quality dough and crafting delicious pizzas while maintaining consistency and adhering to our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and produce a variety of doughs for pizza bases, bread, and other baked goods.

·      Execute precise techniques in shaping, stretching, and topping pizzas to ensure optimal taste and presentation.

·      Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine dough recipes and pizza offerings.

·      Maintain cleanliness and organisation following food safety standards and regulations.

·      Monitor inventory levels of stock.

·      Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

·      Minimum of 3 years of experience working in professional kitchens, with a specialised focus on dough production and pizza making.

·      Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques.

·      Proficiency in hand-stretching dough and shaping pizza bases to various sizes and styles.

·      Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

·      Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
