Due to our continued success and growth we are seeking experienced Supervisors to join our team on a permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the General Superintendent you will use your leadership skills to safely deliver interesting and complex projects for our clients and our communities. Leading both our own experienced and skilled workforce as well as subcontractors, your excellent communication skills will ensure the success of each project.

Tasks and Responsibilities of an Aqua Metro Supervisor:
- Ensure compliance with and adhere to workplace health and safety policies and proactively contribute to a safety-first culture.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Display a positive attitude, be an active team member and always treat others with respect
- Actively demonstrate the behaviours and values of Aqua Metro
- Assist Project Manager in quoting of works, developing mobilisation and work plans
- Provide Project Engineers with daily and weekly progress updates as required
- Identify and discuss labour resource requirements with Project Manager
- Identify plant requirements and provide available plant options prior to requirements
- Ensure the appropriate plant engagement procedures are used including plant mechanical inspections
- Manage subcontractor progress and time sheets.
- Purchase consumable materials in a timely manner to conduct works without delays or urgent delivery requirements
- Ensure all reconciliations into system
- Complete daily site activity sheets, including timesheets and submit to the Project Manager
- Conduct all works to meet target and budget constraints
- Report all workplace incidents immediately and complete appropriate paperwork and submit to the Health and Safety Manager
- Report any drawing changes to the Project Engineer
- Ensure all relevant permits are approved prior to commencing works
- Ensure all controls are adequate and in good working condition
- Complete quality documentation sign off as work is conducted in line with quality requirements
- Conduct all works in accordance with ITP's, Drgs and specifications
- Ensure weekly audit is conducted and findings are reviewed and reported if necessary
- Collect and compile all compliance documentation and generate NCR for any non-conforming work results
- Inspect goods and report any issues to Project Engineers
- Conduct incoming inspection checklists on relevant works
