Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s leading providers of commercial cleaning solutions. They are seeking Experienced Cleaners to join our team in the vibrant Melbourne CBD. As a cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most prominent buildings in Melbourne and contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional cleaning services tailored to our clients' needs.

Your responsibilities will include performing cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. This includes but is not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces. Additionally, you will utilise advanced cleaning techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to achieve optimal results and meet client expectations. Working collaboratively with our team of professionals, you will ensure seamless execution of cleaning tasks and contribute to a positive work environment. Effective communication with supervisors and team members to report any issues, concerns, or maintenance needs promptly is crucial.

What do you do?

What do you need?

• Strong verbal communication skills. 
• Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in the use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering superior cleaning results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
