With huge growth plans, we are now seeking like-minded individuals to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist or Senior Customer Relationship Specialist, working in our Hurstville location.
As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), your role will entail:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts
- Locate and establish contact with our customers, building rapport and ensuring we are compliant with relevant acts/guidelines
- Investigative searches (skip tracing), bring out your inner private investigator
- High volume inbound and outbound calls
- Strategising and negotiating positive outcomes for all parties

About you:
- Ability to work in a high-volume call centre environment in both an inbound and outbound setting
- Previous experience in financial services or collections
- Results driven and motivated to achieve targets
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys problem-solving, lateral thinking and thinking ‘outside the box’
- Need to be determined, driven and motivated to succeed
- Inquisitive and enjoy investigating, building rapport and negotiating
- Being open, honest and having a strong work ethic
- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- Comfortable learning new systems and ways of working
Essential Criteria
- Must be available to attend a 3-week induction on June 11th in Hurstville (full time)
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
