- Have a collection experience with a sound knowledge of legal collection process and strong understanding of debt recover guidelines, NCCP, Privacy Act and Competition Consumer Act 2010. Stronger experience in the Finance industry is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrate a keen ownership of the Loss Recoveries portfolio and work towards the KPI’s and targets.
- Identify potential accounts for legal action.
- Follow up on broken arrangements and determine appropriate action.
- Achieving sustainable solutions for customers and the business by negotiating payment plans and building rapport with customers.
- Liaises directly with external clients (Lawyers, auctioneers, mercantile agents etc.)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful applicant should have 1 to 3 years of experience working in debt recovery.
Salary package is of a standard befitting the position, with performance incentive bonus available, as well as staff benefits.
