The Role
Berwick Mazda is currently looking for a full time Senior or experiencedCustomer Service Advisor. This role involves a mix of Customer Service, inter-department liaison and some administration. This is a perfect opportunity for a well presented performance driven professional with a love of Customer Service.
To join our friendly, highly experienced service team, you will possess the following key skills and attributes:
- Self Driven with Strong sense of ownership
- Professional phone manner
- Proven experience in a similar high paced role
- Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
- High attention to detail
- Establish rapport with customers, colleagues and management
- Ability to absorb systems and procedure's
- "Can Do Attitude"
- Superior people and communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Full Victorian drivers license
- Industry experience is preferred and highly regarded.
You must be professionally presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful applicant must have an ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a challenging and stimulating environment.
Regular overtime available.
The successful candidate will be required to work a rostered Saturday morning.
