THE ROLE
You will thrive in this role if you experience as a Dental Receptionist and dental assistant. You will be pivotal in providing an excellent customer experience to our valued patients. You naturally connect with patients to effectively manage our reception such as:
- Communicating with patients face to face or by email in an engaging manner
- Booking patient appointments and coordinating logistics such labwork, deposits etc
- Promote our clinicians and all the services we provide
- Follow up patients on appointments, treatments and recalls
- Be a Team Player & assist in the surgery & sterilisation if and when required (experience with dental nursing required)

ABOUT YOU
You love the dental industry and have demonstrated experience and skills as a Dental Receptionist and assistant. An all-rounder, you can multitask, but your focus will be providing reception duties.
At the core, your sense of personal integrity and heartfelt kindness for your fellow human beings defines you. A true team player, you are reliable and give your best to work harmoniously with all staff. As such, you have the following:
- MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR experience in managing all areas of front desk within the dental industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience assisting with chair side dentistry and steri
- Available to work 3 - 5 days a week
- Exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Strong eye for details with your admin skills
- Highly organised and reliable
- Proficiency in dental appointment booking software such Dental 4 Windows preferred
- Experience or knowledge around dental implants highly regarded
