Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Source, estimate, execute and oversee projects from inception to completion
- Execute electrical installations with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, delivering effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Tender and Quote on works with builders and project managers
Qualifications:
Fully qualified Electrician with a valid license and minimum 5 years of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in electrical work, particularly in new builds, renovations, and commercial construction.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality workmanship
Successful background in estimation, tendering, and quoting
