Job description

About Us

Are you ready to be part of something more than just a job? At OSS Worldwide Movers, we’re not your typical big, corporate business. We are a medium-sized, professional, family business with over 50 years experience and we’re all about delivering a premium service to our valued clients.

At OSS, we pride ourselves on customer service excellence. We have our hardworking teams to thank for helping our business grow and achieve a reputation that is second to none in the industry.

Needless to say – we value and recognise our people and their contributions to both our success and theirs!

About the Opportunity

As a vital member of the Move Management team, you will report to the National Relocation Services Manager. Attention to detail is required in your day-to-day role which is why your application must include your morning beverage of choice, so we know you have read this advert thoroughly. In this role, you will be responsible for regularly liaising with clients and truly supporting them through their international relocation to facilitate a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing clients’ international moves from end to end, addressing all queries and concerns
  • Providing clear and timely communication to clients throughout the relocation lifespan
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including shipping lines and freight forwarders, to get the best outcome for our clients
  • Working alongside our Freight Team to obtain freight bookings and appropriate documentation for export
  • Managing import shipments including customs and biosecurity clearances
  • Preparing key documentation for our Operations team
  • Preparing documentation for our overseas partners
  • Ad hoc administrative functions as needed to support the team’s success

About You

To be successful in this role, first and foremost you will have a strong empathetic approach coupled with the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a role that is driven by adherence to SLA’s, KPI’s and/or other compliance measures
  • Superior customer service skills and experience
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • A solutions-focused attitude
  • Successful track record within a deadline driven environment
  • A can-do attitude and integrity are also a must for this role

Note: Whilst this role is offered for flexible hybrid working arrangements, you will be required to be located in the office full-time during your first six months for training and onboarding.

This is an opportunity to transition from a corporate environment to a workplace that understands and supports you.
