Experienced Graduate Architect- High end Residential/Bespoke residential projects
- Location - Sydney
- Salary – $70,000 - $90,000 + Super

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Working as part of a collaborative Architectural & Interior Design team, as well as being able to take design direction from Director/Senior Architect & work autonomously
- Ability to interpret design briefs, concepts, and understand the technical aspects of documentation
- Capability to produce accurate and comprehensive documentation relevant and as required for all projects
- Ability to manage and timely deliver documentation in accordance with agreed programs.
- Work across multiple projects effectively
- Be well informed of established procedures, methodologies, and processes of the Design Studio
- Ensure the standard of design & documentation of the Design Studio is maintained
- Architectural Graduate with strong design intuition and natural skill
- Architectural degree or equivalent
- High-end Residential experience desirable
- Experience in Revit, Microsoft office packages, and Adobe
- Experience in Lumion and Enscape
- Strong communication, collaboration, imagination, inquisitiveness, commitment, balance, loyalty, and empathy are valued traits
