The Australian Campdraft Association (ACA) services approximately 170 affiliated campdraft committees and 8,000 members around Australia, from our headquarters in Toowoomba.
The role of Receptionist requires the successful applicant to work closely with all team members, reporting directly to the Office Manager, it is integral in assisting in maintaining efficient day to day operations within the office.
As the Receptionist at ACA, you will:
- Answer high volume phone calls and emails in accordance with ACAs Customer Service Policy.
- Maintain ACAs social media presence by proactively planning content using the Website and Social Media Calendar.
- Assist in the organisation of events in particular the National Finals, Management Committee Meetings and AGMs.
- Accurately process documents and maintain contact lists.
- Liaise with clientele from a diverse range of backgrounds, whilst maintaining discretion.
- Maintain a neat and tidy foyer and office, ensuring receptionist duties are carried out per the Position Description or as directed by the Office Manager.
Relevant experience, skills and qualities you will have as Receptionist:
- Previous experience in reception is highly regarded.
- Possess excellent phone manner with the strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrate computer literacy, using Office 365, Canva and other applications.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Work both in a small team environment and autonomously.
