We are currently seeking Contracts Administrators to work on a contract basis for some of Sydney's most prestigious Builders and developers.
Buildability Group specialise in providing quality candidates to some of Sydney's top Tier 1 & Tier 2 businesses in Fit-out & Refurbishment.
Contract role - Long Term
Key responsibilities would include:
- Liaising with Project Managers to ensure all contracts are in line with agreements
- Negotiate and review subcontractor agreements
- Liaise with builders and sub-contractors
- Ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient
- Assist in the management and tracking of project expenditures against the budget
- Prepare and manage variations
- Building a close relationship with the site supervisors/foreman and the suppliers
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management
- Display a good knowledge of contract administration
- Proven negotiation and cost management skills
- High attention to detail
- A positive and driven personality
- Proven multi-unit residential experience (Handover stage)
- Broad construction and commercial understanding
- Significant experience working with top-level organisations in the Australian market (Tier 1 & 2)
- Hourly Or Day Rate
- PTY or PAYG - Weekly pay
