This means you’ll be a talented mechanically minded person with a broader knowledge and skill base in the Heavy Vehicle industry. Plus, you’ll be easy to get along with – so you’re generally happy and willing to work.

The Job

As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our Heavy Vehicle maintenance operations. Your expertise will be crucial in steering our team towards excellence. From overseeing repairs and diagnostics to mentoring and guiding your team members, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a high standard of service quality.

We are Pipli Automotive Solutions, a family business doing a lot of great work, and because of our reputation for excellence we’re busy. That’s why we need a talented Workshop Team Leader, who can do more than just organise the service work. We figure you’ll enjoy some variety in the work you do too. Who We’re Looking For

• You have above average mechanical knowledge.
• Your attention to detail will be a part of your DNA.
• You’re well organised and can work without making a huge mess.
• Fault finding and diagnosing problems are second nature to you.
• You’ve got a good knowledge of electrics and hydraulics.
• You’re a people person and are generally happy & enthusiastic each day.
• The way you treat our customers’ vehicles will be like it’s your own.
• You’ll be a big team player and be willing to share the load in really busy times.
• You won’t mind the routine nature of the job, and the rapid changes that can occur in a business like ours.
• You’ll be able to juggle… working across multiple projects or helping the team complete a job in quick time.
• You’ll be able to perform calmly and remain levelheaded under pressure.
• And… you’re good at following procedures and getting things done right the first time.
