Description
This role will see you partner with Divisional heads to ensure the accurate delivery and understanding of key business results & drivers. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Management of key stakeholder relationships across corporate services (ie. Marketing, Sales, E-commerce) including cost centre budgeting, forecasting & management reporting.
- Facilitating and review of the group business performance across multiple business lines.
- Determine key business drivers and provide advice on reporting metrics.
- Development of best practice forecasting and budgeting reports / tools.
- Oversight of business case development and investments.
- Analysis on products, customer sales and operational and revenue drivers.
- Provide detail guidance and analysis on cost and productivity across the group.
- Ad hoc project work.
Profile
To be successful in this role you will be CA, CIMA, or CPA qualified and have experience in a large, global business in a similar role, Business Partnering and ideally you will be chartered trained. Those with exposure in the retail and/or FMCG sector will be favourable as will exposure in a multinational matrix reporting environment. You will have proved experience leading and developing financial analysis, data insights and stakeholder management across performance reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders will be essential for your success in this role. You will be results orientated and have a continuous improvement mindset but also be confident in making commercial decisions and model resilience flexibility to a changing environment.
