We are seeking an experienced and trusted AIN who can provide comprehensive home care to our Client located in Arundel, QLD. Our ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic about making a positive impact and shares our commitment to excellence in client care.
The Role:
- Full training will be provided over 3 to 6 months with an existing care team.
- Assist with ADLs.
- Provide support with a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist with mobility and conduct light exercises.
- Monitor medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support in household activities and perform light cleaning.
- Foster companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
- Previous experience In Home care (6+ months).
- Availability for morning, afternoon or evening shifts on a weekly basis.
- Proficient in food preparation, dressing assistance, and mobility support.
- Monitoring use of regular medications and nutrition.
- Ability to assist with light household tasks.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
