About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Lawyer/Senior Associate to join our highly respected Banking & Finance team working alongside Partner Ilan Kraus. Part of our wider Commercial group, this team works with a diverse client base including institutional and private financiers, banks, onshore and offshore real estate developers, commercial borrowers and family offices. This role will have a particular focus property financing and investment - structuring both debt and equity transactions.
We work in a hybrid way at Maddocks, with part of our week in the office, and also have wider flexible working arrangements, whether that's hours, place of work or the leave you take. We welcome the opportunity to talk to you about working flexibly.
About you
You will currently be working as an Experienced Lawyer/Senior Associate in a Banking & Finance team and be looking to join a team where you can accelerate your career and develop your own practice. Furthermore, you will have experience in property finance and be a strong team-player who can mentor and support junior lawyers and work autonomously.
