OUR APPROACH: TEAM AROUND THE CHILD
Care Pathways Australia is committed to supporting children and families using the most effective, evidence-based approaches.
We use a Team Around the Child Approach which is sometimes known as a Key Worker or Primary Service Provider Model to ensure that every family receives an holistic service and has access to a team of therapists. The chosen clinician will become a member of this team.
