Job Description:
All Pro Coatings is currently seeking an experienced and skilled painter to join our team. As a reputable painting company, we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to excellence. All our work is Sydney based, mostly carried out on residential properties on Sydney’s North Shore, and Northern Beaches. Uniforms are supplied and there is ongoing work for suitable applicants.
This is full time position (40 hours per week) with salary ranging from $70.000 to $80.000
About Our Company
Surface Preparation: Prepare various surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and repairing as needed. Application of Paint: Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even coat.
- Colour Matching:
Ability to match and create paint colours as per client specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Proficient in the use
of painting tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other related tools.
- Quality Control: Conduct
thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere
to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with
clients, project managers, and team members regarding project details, timelines, and any issues that may arise.
Proven experience as a painter in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Trade Certificate in Painting & Decorating
- Highly desirable
- Knowledge of various painting techniques
and materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to
delivering high-quality work.
- Strong work ethic and
reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a
team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Should have minimum 4 years of proven painting experience but we will also consider candidates with less work experience Must be available for 6 days (Monday – Saturday)
