Truck “N” Earth Pty ltd has been established for over 15 years in the Heavy mining equipment and maintenance sector, we are located in Rutherford Industrial area.
Due to our recent expansion we now seek to appoint a LEADING HAND / SUPERVISOR INDUSTRIAL PAINTER to join our team.
Permanent position in a busy, fast paced workshop.
In a well-equipped Blast & Paint facility working on a variety of different jobs from Mining equipment to Ute trays and anything in-between
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in quoting jobs big and small.
- Able to Order for upcoming jobs including good product knowledge and painting techniques.
- Prioritise workload for Blast & Paint section – good time management skills.
- Manage small group of employees.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time efficiently.
- Reliable & good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent focus on safety & customer satisfaction
- Liaise with suppliers and customers when required.
- Excellent attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in similar role
- Forklift license – highly desirable.
- Working @ Heights – desirable
