Experienced Property Manager - Caulfield Location

Join a successful and supportive team based in Caulfield, they are looking for motivated and energetic experienced Property Managers.  

The Role 
Local portfolios
All duties required in managing a portfolio, including.
Maintenance
Routine Inspections 
Arrears Management
Correspondence between owners and tenants
Admin support and leasing support  
Salary up to $80k+Super 
1 in 4 Saturdays with time in lieu  

About you
Experience with managing a residential portfolio
Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate 
Hold a current and valid Drivers Licence 
Experience using a Property Management program being;
Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
Corporate Attire  
Excellent Communication & Written skills
