Position Overview: As a Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist at Precise Massage you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Remedial Massage treatments tailored to the individual needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced, passionate, and committed to promoting holistic well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' specific needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement personalised Remedial Massage treatment plans.
- Utilize a range of massage techniques to address muscular tension, injuries, and promote relaxation.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals if necessary for comprehensive client care.
- Stay current with industry trends and continually expand knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Remedial Massage.
- Current state licensure or certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
